抵触審査の英語

(2) 定められた期間内に何れの異議申立又は意見書も第三者によって形成されず，かつスペイン特許商標庁により実施された審査の結果，商標出願が第5条及び第9条(1)(b)に記載する禁止事由の何れにも抵触しない場合は，その商標は登録される。この場合は，スペイン特許商標庁は，規則によって定められる方式により，その商標の登録を工業所有権公報に公告し，かつ商標登録証を付与する。例文帳に追加

(2) If, within the established period, no opposition or observations have been formulated by third parties and, from the examination carried out by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the trademark application does not infringe any of the prohibitions contained in Articles 5 and 9(1)(b), the trademark shall be registered.
