指示不履行の英語

第80条又は第81条に基づいて制定される規則及び局長が規則に基づいて発する命令，与える指示又は行うその他の処分は，規則又は本法の施行の前後を問わず規則に定める日以後にされる事項又は不履行の事項に関し効力を有するよう制定し，与え又は行うことができる。例文帳に追加

(2) In the case of an irregularity or prospective irregularity -- (a) which consists of a failure to comply with any limitation as to times or periods prescribed in these Rules which has occurred or appears to the Registrar is likely to occur in the absence of a direction under this rule; (b) which is attributable wholly or in part to an error, default or omission on the part of the Registry; and (c) which it appears to the Registrar should be rectified, the Registrar may direct that the time or period in question shall be altered but not otherwise. - 特許庁

Any document for the amending of which no special provision is made by the Act may be amended, and any irregularity in procedure which in the opinion of the Controller may be obviated without detriment to the interests of any person may be corrected, if and on such terms and in such manner as the Controller thinks fit; provided that, without prejudice to the Controller’s power to extend any times or periods under Rule 98 and except where such irregularity is attributable wholly or in part to an error, default or omission on the part of the Office, the Controller shall not direct that any period of time specified in the Act or Rules shall be altered. - 特許庁

If in any particular case the Registrar is satisfied that the failure to give, make or file any notice, application or other document within any period of time specified in the Act or these Rules for such giving, making or filing was wholly or mainly attributable to a failure or undue delay in the postal services in Brunei Darussalam, the Registrar may, if he thinks fit, extend the period so that it ends on the day of the receipt by the addressee of the notice, application or other document (or, if the day of such receipt is an excluded day, on the first following day which is not an excluded day), upon such notice to other parties and upon such terms as he may direct.発音を聞く  - 特許庁
