一　更正決定等に係る不服申立て若しくは訴えについての裁決、決定若しくは判決（以下この号において「裁決等」という。）による原処分の異動又は更正の請求に基づく更正に伴つて課税標準等又は税額等に異動を生ずべき国税（当該裁決等又は更正に係る国税の属する税目に属するものに限る。）で当該裁決等又は更正を受けた者に係るものについての更正決定等　当該裁決等又は更正があつた日から六月間例文帳に追加

二　更正の請求に基づく更正（当該請求に対する処分に係る不服申立てについての決定若しくは裁決又は判決を含む。）により納付すべき税額が減少した国税（当該国税に係る延滞税及び利子税を含む。）に係る過納金　その更正の請求があつた日の翌日から起算して三月を経過する日と当該更正があつた日の翌日から起算して一月を経過する日とのいずれか早い日（その日が当該国税の法定納期限前である場合には、当該法定納期限）例文帳に追加

第七十四条　第七十一条第一項、第七十二条又は前条第一項の規定による額を定める処分に計算違い、誤記その他これらに類する明白な誤りがあるときは、裁判所書記官は、申立てにより又は職権で、いつでもその処分を更正することができる。例文帳に追加
