２　機構は、前項の業務を行おうとする場合において、当該工場用地が独立行政法人中小企業基盤整備機構法附則第五条第二項の規定による委託に係るものであるときは、あらかじめ、その委託をしている者の同意を得なければならない。例文帳に追加
