４　国土交通大臣は、第一項若しくは第二項の規定による届出があつた場合において必要があると認めるとき、又は前項の通知があつた場合においては、原子炉設置者又は外国原子力船運航者に対し、核燃料物質、核燃料物質によつて汚染された物又は原子炉による災害を防止するために必要な措置を講ずべきことを命ずるとともに、海上保安庁長官を通じ、第一項又は第二項の届出に係る港の港長（港則法第三条第二項に規定する特定港以外の港にあつては、同法第三十七条の三の規定により港長の権限を行う管区海上保安本部の事務所の長）に対し、当該原子力船の航行に関し必要な規制をすべきことを指示するものとする。例文帳に追加
