Article 6 (1) A person who desires to be designated pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 or paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Working Environment Measurement Act after amendment based on this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Working Environment Measurement Act") may apply for such designation even before the enforcement of this Act. ５　この法律の施行前に旧作業環境測定法第三十二条第二項において準用する旧労働安全衛生法第四十六条第二項第一号若しくは第三号又は第五十三条第二項各号のいずれかに該当するに至った指定機関で第二項の規定により登録を受けているものとみなされる者に対して、この法律の施行の際旧作業環境測定法第三十二条第二項において準用する旧労働安全衛生法第五十三条の規定による処分が行われていない場合においては、当該登録を受けているものとみなされる者を新作業環境測定法第三十二条第三項において準用する新労働安全衛生法第五十三条各号のいずれかに該当する者とみなして、新作業環境測定法第三十二条第三項において準用する新労働安全衛生法第五十三条の規定を適用する。例文帳に追加

(5) If a person is regarded as designated based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of this Article, who, as the authorized agency, has come under any of item (i) or item (iii) of paragraph (2) of Article 46 or any item of paragraph (2) of Article 53 of the Old Industrial Safety and Health Act that is applied mutatis mutandis based on paragraph (2) of Article 32 of the Old Working Environment Measurement Act before the enforcement of this Act, and if the cancellation of such designation as specified in Article 53 of the Old Industrial Safety and Health Act that is applied mutatis mutandis based on paragraph (2) of Article 32 of the Old Working Environment Measurement Act has not been implemented at the time of the enforcement of this Act, said person who is regarded as designated shall be regarded as coming under any item of Article 53 of the New Industrial Safety and Health Act that is applied mutatis mutandis based on paragraph (3) of Article 32 of the New Working Environment Measurement Act and the provisions of Article 53 of the New Industrial Safety and Health Act that is applied mutatis mutandis based on paragraph (3) of Article 32 of the New Working Environment Measurement Act shall apply to said person.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
