(3) 特許出願又は特許における権利は，特許登録簿に正式に登録しない限り，第三者に対し行使することができない。適切な権利の登録がない限り，何れの製品も，特許出願若しくは特許を標記することができない。本項の規定に違反して履行した行為は，不正競争の行為として処罰される。例文帳に追加

Neither may products mention a patent application or a patent unless an appropriate right has been recorded.
