２　市町村の長は、外国人から第十条第一項の変更の登録によりその記載が事実に合わなくなつた登録証明書の提出があつた場合において、当該登録証明書の同条第二項に規定する記載を行う欄の全部に記載がされているとき、又は第十条の二第一項の規定による登録原票の記載の訂正を行つた場合において、当該訂正に係る外国人の所持する登録証明書の同条第三項に規定する記載を行う欄の全部に記載がされているとき、若しくは当該訂正が第四条第一項第三号、第四号、第五号若しくは第六号に掲げる事項に係るときは、当該外国人に対し、その所持する登録証明書を返納するとともに、前項各号に掲げる書類及び写真を提出し、登録証明書の引替交付の申請をすべきことを命ずるものとする。例文帳に追加
