(1) 他人の標章と同一若しくは類似の標識については，これらの標識の所有者の営業活動と標章が採択される商品若しくはサービスとの間の同一性若しくは類似性のために，公衆が混同する虞があり，かつ， 2つの標識間に関係があるものとされる虞がある場合には，これを商号，名称若しくは会社名又は看板として採択することが禁止される。例文帳に追加
