一　航空路管制業務　計器飛行方式により飛行する航空機及び特別管制空域又は第百九十八条の六に規定する高さ以上の空域を飛行する航空機に対する管制業務であつて次号から第五号までに掲げるもの以外のもの例文帳に追加
