第38 条 外国の自然人、法人、及び無国籍者の権利例文帳に追加

自然情報の収録現場で不正に収録された自然情報の品質を劣化させることにより、収録段階における自然情報の権利保護を図る。例文帳に追加

自然情報に重畳された品質劣化情報によって当該自然情報の品質が損なわれるため、品質劣化情報の除去を行わない限り、自然情報の利用が限定的にしか行われないので、不正コピーの防止等、自然情報の権利保護が図られる。例文帳に追加

(2) 前項に述べる以外の外国の自然人若しくは法人も，本法に定める産業財産の権原を付与される。ただし，当該自然人若しくは法人が属する国家が同様の権原をスペイン国籍を有する自然人又は法人に付与することを認めることを条件とする。例文帳に追加
