(2) In addition to the requirements specified in the preceding paragraph, the performance requirements for cargo handling areas which need to function in an integrated manner with high earthquake-resistance facilities during disasters shall be such that the damage due to Level 2 earthquake ground motions and other actions do not affect rehabilitation through minor repair works of the functions required of the areas concerned in the aftermath of the occurrence of Level 2 earthquake ground motions.
