２　抑留令書、仮収容令書若しくは送還令書の執行、抑留令書若しくは送還令書による再拘束、被拘束者若しくは被収容者の拘束、収容、護送若しくは送還又はこれらの者の収容のための施設の警備に係る職務に従事する自衛官（以下「捕虜等警備自衛官」という。）は、その職務の執行に関し、その事態に応じ、合理的に必要と判断される限度において、武器を使用することができる。ただし、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合のほか、人に危害を与えてはならない。例文帳に追加
