３　この法律の施行の際現に遺伝子組換え生物等の第一種使用等をしている者であって、当該第一種使用等について第四条第一項又は第九条第一項の承認がなされていないものは、施行日から六月間は、当該第一種使用等に係る承認がなされたものとみなす。その期間が満了するまでに当該第一種使用等に係る第一種使用規程の承認の申請がなされた場合において、その期間を経過したときは、その申請に係る承認又は承認の申請の却下若しくは承認の拒否の処分がある日まで、同様とする。例文帳に追加
