２　この政令による改正後の特定化学物質の環境への排出量の把握等及び管理の改善の促進に関する法律施行令の規定は、平成二十二年度以降において把握すべき特定化学物質の環境への排出量の把握等及び管理の改善の促進に関する法律第五条第一項に規定する第一種指定化学物質の排出量及び移動量（以下「排出量等」という。）並びに平成二十三年度以降において届け出るべき排出量等について適用し、平成二十一年度において把握すべき排出量等及び平成二十二年度において届け出るべき排出量等については、なお従前の例による。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
