Article 1 The purpose of this Act is to ensure that waste from End-of-Life Vehicles is properly disposed of and that resources are used effectively through reduction of the amount of waste from End-of-Life Vehicles, and Recycling and sufficiently using the recycled parts of such End-of-Life Vehicles.
