(2) Instead of the document referred to in clause (1)3) of this section, the following information concerning the first patent application or registration application of a utility model with regard to the same invention may be submitted: 1) number; 2) filing date; 3) the state or international organisation where the first patent application or registration application of a utility model was filed. (9) Within the two-month term specified in subsection (7) of this section, the applicant may request that the missing part be replaced by the full text of the description of the invention of the first patent application or registration application of a utility model with regard to the same invention or that a drawing be replaced by a drawing of the said first application. The request must contain the information specified in subsection (2) on the first patent application or registration application of a utility model. If the first patent application or registration application of a utility model is in a foreign language, the applicant shall submit the Estonian translation of the full text of the description of the invention or drawing to the Patent Office within sixteen months from the date of priority. In the case of such request, the Patent Office shall establish the date of receipt of the initially submitted documents at the Patent Office as the filing date of the patent application.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加

(9) (7)に定めた2月の期間内に，出願人は，欠落部分を，同一発明に関する最先の特許出願若しくは実用新案登録出願に係る発明の説明の全文へ差し替えること，又は，図面を，前記の最先の出願に係る図面に差し替えることを請求することができる。請求書には，最先の特許出願又は実用新案登録出願に関し，(2)に定めた情報を記載しなければならない。最先の特許出願又は実用新案登録出願が外国語によるものであるときは，出願人は，優先日から16月以内に，発明の説明全文の又は図面のエストニア語翻訳文を特許庁に提出しなければならない。当該請求が行われた場合は，特許庁は，最初に提出された書類が特許庁において受領された日を特許出願日として確定しなければならない。 - 特許庁
