第二十六条の二　検疫所長は、外国に行こうとする者又は第十二条に規定する者が、実費を勘案して政令で定める額の手数料を納めて、感染症の予防及び感染症の患者に対する医療に関する法律第六条第三項から第七項までに規定する感染症で検疫感染症以外のもののうち政令で定める感染症に関する診察、病原体の有無に関する検査若しくは予防接種又はこれらの事項に関する証明書の交付を求めたときは、当該検疫所における検疫業務に支障のない限り、これに応ずることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
