(1) In this Act, the revised provisions in Articles 303, 307 and 310, paragraph (1) of Article 321-iv, paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 321-v, and the provision of paragraph (9) of Supplementary Provisions shall come into force as from January 1, 1954, and other provisions (hereinafter referred to as "other provisions") shall come into force as from the day of promulgation.
