Article 63 (1) In cases of procedures provided for by laws and regulations related to criminal suits, enforcement of sentences, or treatment of the inmates of juvenile prisons or the women's guidance home being carried out for any alien subject to deportation, procedures for deportation may be taken against such alien pursuant to the provisions of Chapter V (except for Section II, and Articles 52 and 53) applicable mutatis mutandis, even when he/she is not being detained.
