第一条 特定化学物質の環境への排出量の把握等及び管理の改善の促進に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第二条第二項の第一種指定化学物質は、別表第一のとおりとする。例文帳に追加

(2) The provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Confirmation, etc. of Release Amounts of Specific Chemical Substances in the Environment and Promotion of Improvements to the Management Thereof after the revision by this Cabinet Order shall apply to the release amount and the transferred amount of a Class I Designated Chemical Substance prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on Confirmation, etc. of Release Amounts of Specific Chemical Substances in the Environment and Promotion of Improvements to the Management Thereof (hereinafter referred to as the "release amount, etc.") to be confirmed in or after FY2010, and the release amount, etc. to be notified in or after FY2011; and with regard to the release amount, etc. to be confirmed in FY2009 and the release amount, etc. to be notified in FY2010, the provisions then in force shall remain applicable. - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
第一条 この法律は、環境の保全に係る化学物質の管理に関する国際的協調の動向に配慮しつつ、化学物質に関する科学的知見及び化学物質の製造、使用その他の取扱いに関する状況を踏まえ、事業者及び国民の理解の下に、特定の化学物質の環境への排出量等の把握に関する措置並びに事業者による特定の化学物質の性状及び取扱いに関する情報の提供に関する措置等を講ずることにより、事業者による化学物質の自主的な管理の改善を促進し、環境の保全上の支障を未然に防止することを目的とする。例文帳に追加
Article 1 The purpose of this Act is to promote voluntary improvement of the management of chemical substances by business operators and to prevent any impediments to the preservation of the environment by taking measures for the confirmation of release amounts, etc. of specific chemical substances in the environment, measures for the provision of information concerning the properties and handling of specific chemical substances by business operators, and other relevant measures, while giving consideration to the trend for international cooperation on the management of chemical substances pertaining to the preservation of the environment, taking into account scientific knowledge on chemical substances and the condition of the manufacture, use, and other handling of chemical substances, and gaining the understanding of business operators and citizens. - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
