引用: Sandhu or Sindhu is a gotra of the Jat & Dilits ethnicity found in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir in India and also in Pakistan. Sandhu is known to be one of largest Jat clans along with other popular Jat clans like Grewal, Pannu, Uppal, Cheema, Gill,Tarar, Sidhu, Brar, Dhillon, Hayer, Aulakh,Gondal, Samra, etc.. Sandhu or sindhu (zamindars)cost Baba Kala Mehar is considered to be the forefarther of Sindhu's/Sandhu's.
