  • ３　何人も、防炎対象物品又はその材料に、前項の規定により表示を附する場合及び工業標準化法（昭和二十四年法律第百八十五号）その他政令で定める法律の規定により防炎対象物品又はその材料の防炎性能に関する表示で総務省令で定めるもの（以下この条において「指定表示」という。）を附する場合を除くほか、同項の表示又はこれと紛らわしい表示を附してはならない。
