  • Article 2 (1) "Professional engineer" in this Act means a person who has obtained a registration under Article 32 (1) and conducts business (excluding business conduct which is restricted by any other Act) on matters of planning, research, design, analysis, testing, evaluation or guidance thereof, which require advanced and adaptive expertise in science and technology (excluding matters relating only to cultural science. this shall also apply hereinafter) using the name of professional engineer.
