The NSC established a Special Committee on Seismic Safety Evaluation in December 2007 in order to comprehensively investigate and deliberate seismic safety as a neutral position. The Special Committee investigates and deliberates the reevaluation (back check) of seismic safety conducted by the nuclear operator and NISA for the existing nuclear power reactor facilities and the evaluation of the facilities of the Kashiwazaki Kariwa Nuclear Power Station in terms of integrity. 継続的なテーマとしては、これも先ほど三國谷長官からございましたけれども、今回のグローバルな金融危機の教訓を踏まえますと、個別の金融機関の健全性をチェックすることによって金融システムの安定を図るという伝統的なミクロ・プルーデンシャルポリシー、これも重要ですけれども、これだけでは必ずしも十分ではないという意識が広がっております。マーケット全体を見ていく、その中に共通のリスク要因がないかどうかをモニターしていく、それを個別の監督に活かしていく、また、そういった要因が、個別金融機関の行動、ビヘイビア（行動パターン）にどういった影響を与えるかといったあたり、それらのビヘイビアとマーケットの動向との間の相互依存関係にも注意を払う、さらに広げれば、実体経済と金融セクターとの相互依存関係といった点にも目を配っていくといった、いわゆるマクロ・プルーデンシャルポリシーの重要性が高まっているという点も、これまで金融庁として強い意識を持ってきたところでございまして、一つの例としては、継続的な課題の典型例として、このマクロ・プルーデンシャルの手法に則った金融行政の手法の進化ということは、おそらく典型的な例として挙げられるのではないかと思っています。 - 金融庁
