譲渡は，特許及び特許に係わる発明における若しくはこれらについての権利，権原若しくは利益の全体について，又は特許及び発明全体の未分割持分についてすることができ，後者の場合は，関係人は，その共同所有者となる。譲渡は，特定の地域に限定してすることができる。(IP法第104条) - 特許庁 - (1) When a patent is sought for an invention which is a state secret (Section 93 of the Criminal Code), the Examining Section shall order ex officio that no publication shall take place.
