- Any person who has made, in circumstances other than those laid down in Section 28(a) of Act No. 84/1972 Coll., an invention that is protected by an inventor's certificate granted under prior law and of which the right to dispose belongs to an organization or has been obtained by an organization, but which has not been exploited by that organization, shall have the right to request the Office, at any time during the term of validity of the inventor's certificate, to transform the inventor's certificate into a patent.
法令集法律第84/1972号第28条(a)に定められている状況以外の場合において，旧法に基づき付与された発明者証により保護される発明であってその処分権が組織に属するか若しくは組織に取得されたが組織が実施していないものの発明者は，発明者証の有効期間中いつでも，発明者証の特許への変更を庁に請求する権利を有する。 - 特許庁 - (1) An applicant of an invention pursuant to the Section 82(1) and (2) of the Act No. 527/1990 Coll. is obliged to submit to the Office (a) a document confirming the granting of the consent for marketing or producing the subject-matter of the patent granted in any state abroad, and (b) a decision on registration pursuant to the special regulations, issued on the basis of the request filed within six months from the date of granting the consent for marketing or producing the subject-matter of the patent in any state.
