- To solve the problem that Lov dimensions in a TFT cannot be formed with excellent controllability since a resist pattern sidewall tapering angle occurs from a desired tapering angle, in a photolithography process utilizing diazo naphto quinone(DNQ)-novolac resin-based positive resist in the gate electrode formation process of a GOLD structure TFT.
