本発明は、コンテンツ配布システム、端末装置および記録媒体に関し、同一ユーザによる異なる端末からの再ダウンロード要求に対して不許可あるいは再課金などし、コンテンツの無断使用を防止すると共にコンテンツの適切な使用を実現することを目的とする。 - 特許庁
