・金融機関における業務の健全性及び適切性を確保し、信用の維持及び預金者等の保護を確保するとともに金融の円滑を図るためには、適切な経営管理（ガバナンス）のもと、経営相談・経営指導等をはじめとした金融仲介機能の発揮、当該金融機関の業務の全てにわたる法令等遵守、顧客保護等の徹底及び各種リスクの的確な管理が行われる必要がある。 - 金融庁 - 6 The "Write-Off/Loan Loss Provision Management Division, etc." refers to divisions equipped with functions necessary for implementing write-offs and loan loss provisions appropriately and established as necessary according to the scales and natures of the financial institution, including the Write-Off/Loan Loss Provision Management Division and divisions in charge of calculating the write-off and loan loss provision amounts and verifying the write-offs and loan loss provisions that are independent from Sales- and Account Settlement-Related Divisions.

6 償却・引当管理部門等とは、償却・引当管理部門、営業関連部門及び決算関連部門から独立した償却・引当の算定部門、営業関連部門及び決算関連部門から独立した償却・引当の検証部門等、金融機関の規模・特性に応じて設置された、償却・引当を適切に実施するための機能を担う部門のことをいう。 - 金融庁 - The national patent Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as "Kazpatent") shall, within the terms of this Law, be responsible for the State monopoly in the field of protection of industrial property subject matter, the receiving of applications for industrial property subject matter, examination thereof, the grant of titles of protection, shall publish in the Gazette official information on industrial property subject matter, and shall perform other functions entrusted to a patent Office.
カザフスタン共和国特許庁(以下「特許庁」という。)は、本法の枠内での、工業所有権の主題の保護における国の専権事項、工業所有権の主題に係る出願の受理及び審査、保護証書の付与を管掌し、工業所有権の主題の保護に係る公式情報を官報において公告し、特許庁に委託された他の職務を遂行するものとする。 - 特許庁 - Where there is no specific provision in this Law, Decree-Law No. 25868, the Law on the Organization and Functions of INDECOPI, texts amending or replacing the provisions thereof, Legislative Decree No. 807, the Law on the Powers, Standards and Organization of INDECOPI, texts amending or replacing the provisions thereof, Supreme Decree No. 02-94-JUS, the single consolidated text of the Law on General Standards of Administrative Procedure and any other relevant provisions shall apply in so far as they are applicable to industrial property rights and procedures associated therewith.
本法に規定がない場合は，政令第25868号，INDECOPIの組織と機能に関する法律，その修正若しくは更新，法令第807号，INDECOPIの権限，基準及び組織に関する法律，その修正若しくは更新，最高政令(Supreme Decree)第02-94-JUS，行政手続の一般基準に関する法律及びその他の関連法規定が，産業財産及び関連手続に適用可能な限りにおいて適用になる。 - 特許庁 - (2) Every Assistant Commissioner of Patents so appointed, while he remains in office, shall have and may exercise, subject to the control and direction of the Commissioner, all the powers, duties, and functions of the Commissioner, and all references in this or any other Act to the Commissioner shall, so far as may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this section, be deemed to include a reference to every Assistant Commissioner of Patents.
(2) 前記のとおり任命された各特許局長補は，その官職を保持している間は，局長の監督及び指示に従うことを条件として，局長のすべての権限，職務及び機能を有し，かつ，行使することができ，本法その他の法律において局長というときは，本条の規定を実施するために必要である限り，各特許局長補を含むものとみなす。 - 特許庁 - In the interest of the service, until the organization of the Bureau is completed, the functions necessary to implement these Regulations shall be performed by the personnel of the former Bureau of Patents, Trademarks, and Technology Transfer as may be designated by the Director General upon the recommendation of the Chief of the Technology Transfer Registry of the Bureau of Patents Trademarks and Technology Transfer heretofore designated as Officer-in-Charge or Caretaker of the Documentation Information and Technology Transfer Bureau.
役務提供の見地から，局の組織が整うまでは，本規則を実施するために必要な職務は，資料・情報・技術移転局の管理官若しくは担当官として任命されていた者であって，特許・商標・技術移転局の技術移転登録所の長によって推薦されて長官によって指名された旧特許・商標・技術移転局の職員が遂行する。 - 特許庁 - (4) If an international application for a patent which designates Singapore is refused a filing date under the Patent Co-operation Treaty and the Registrar determines that the refusal was caused by an error or omission in an institution having functions under that Treaty, he may direct that the application shall be treated as an application under this Act, having such date of filing as he may direct.
(4) シンガポールを指定する国際特許出願が特許協力条約に基づく出願日を拒絶され，かつ，登録官が当該拒絶は同条約に基づく機能を有する組織における誤記又は脱落により生じたと決定した場合は，登録官は，当該出願を，登録官が指示する出願日を有する本法に基づく出願として取り扱うべき旨を指示することができる。 - 特許庁 - The Autonomous Communities which, by statute, are empowered to enforce industrial property legislation shall, subject to coordination with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, publish in their respective Official Gazettes the date on which the competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities shall start their work of receiving and examining applications in accordance with this Law. Until the establishment of said bodies, the registration functions entrusted to them shall be performed by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
工業所有権法令を施行する権限を法令により与えられた自治州は，スペイン特許商標庁との調整を条件として，それぞれの官報において，当該自治州の所轄官庁が本法に従い出願を受領し，審査する業務を開始する日を公告する。当該官庁の設立まで，それらに委任された登録機能は，スペイン特許商標庁によって履行される。 - 特許庁 - A case where plural of functions or characteristics, etc. each of which is either standard, commonly used by a person skilled in the art in the relevant technical field or comprehensible of its relation to a commonly used function or characteristic, etc. to a person skilled in the art if the function or characteristic is not commonly used, are combined in a claim so that the claim statements as a whole fall under ①.
当該機能又は特性等が、標準的なもの、当該技術分野において当業者に慣用されているもの、又は当該機能又は特性が慣用されていない場合に慣用されている機能又は特性等との関係が当業者に理解できるもののいずれかに該当するが、これらの機能又は特性等が複数組み合わされたものが、全体として①に該当するものとなる場合。 - 特許庁 - A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Technical Member, unless he (a) has, for at least ten years, exercised functions of a tribunal under this Act or under the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958, or both, and has held a post not lower than the post of a Joint Registrar for at least five years; or (b) has, for at least ten years, been an advocate of a proven specialized experience in trade mark law.
