４ 計器飛行方式により飛行する航空機は、着陸誘導管制業務が行われている管制圏又は進入管制区において、レーダーの誘導により法第九十六条第三項第二号の降下飛行又は同項第四号の降下飛行を行おうとするときは、前三項の規定にかかわらず、当該管制圏又は進入管制区に係る進入管制業務を行う機関（当該進入管制業務が航空路管制業務を行う機関により行われている場合にあつては、飛行場管制業務を行う機関）又はターミナル・レーダー管制業務を行う機関を経由して、当該着陸誘導管制業務を行う機関に連絡しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
