    胴部材が、基材層が紙で、最内層がポリプロピレン樹脂からなる積層体を構成材料とし、底部材が、基材層が紙で、最内層および最外層がポリプロピレン樹脂からなる積層体を構成材料とし、胴部の胴貼りした貼合部の内面部にスカイブヘミング加工を施したことを特徴とする紙カップであり、その胴部の胴貼りした貼合部の内面部にスカイブヘミング加工を施して、ホットエアーにより熱接着して胴部を筒状に形成し、胴部と折り返し部との間に底部材の屈曲部を挟み込んで、ホットエアーにより熱接着して互いに接合することを特徴とする紙カップの製造方法である。 - 特許庁
