In addition, for smooth implementation of the Positive List system and ensured sanitation for imported beef and other foods, if it is necessary to verify sanitation measures in the production stage etc. in the exporting countries, the MHLW shall dispatch experts to the exporting countries of the relevant imported foods in order to actively confirm the sanitation measures in the exporting countries.
また、カビ毒等の有毒な又は有害な物質の含有等による法第６条違反や、残留農薬等に係る法第 11 条違反等の事例が平成 20 年度に輸入された食品において発見された違反事例の大多数を占めることから、平成 21 年度においては、当該違反事例の多い国を中心に積極的に衛生対策を要請するとともに、ポジティブリスト制度の円滑な実施や輸入牛肉等の衛生確保のため、輸出国における生産等の段階での衛生対策の検証が必要な場合には、専門家を当該輸入食品等の輸出国に派遣し、積極的に当該輸出国における衛生対策の確認を行う。 - 厚生労働省
