＜前へ 1 2 .... 227 228 229 230 231 232 233 234 235 236 237- (2) In the case provided for by paragraph (4) of Article 30, where the number of workers exceeds the number provided for by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for the said paragraph (excluding work sites where an overall safety and health controller must be appointed under the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (3) of Article 15), the specified employer who carries out a construction industry project shall appoint a site safety and health supervisor from among persons holding the qualifications provided for by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for each site contracted for work in order to prevent industrial accidents as a result of the work carried out by workers at the same site, and have that person supervise the one in charge of the provisions of the items of paragraph (1) of Article 30 and other matters provided for by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare at the said work site where the contracted work is executed. In this case, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply to the specified employer or any other employer.
２ 第三十条第四項の場合において、同項のすべての労働者の数が厚生労働省令で定める数以上であるとき（第十五条第一項又は第三項の規定により統括安全衛生責任者を選任しなければならないときを除く。） は、当該指名された事業者で建設業に属する事業の仕事を行うものは、当該場所において行われる仕事に係る請負契約を締結している事業場ごとに、これらの労働者に関し、これらの労働者の作業が同一の場所で行われることによつて生ずる労働災害を防止するため、厚生労働省令で定める資格を有する者のうちから、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、店社安全衛生管理者を選任し、その者に、当該事業場で締結している当該請負契約に係る仕事を行う場所における第三十条第一項各号の事項を担当する者に対する指導その他厚生労働省令で定める事項を行わせなければならない。この場合においては、当該指名された事業者及び当該指名された事業者以外の事業者については、前項の規定は適用しない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
