FSBの関連で、「国際的に整合性のある規制を」というお話なのですが、国際的に相当、金融規制をめぐる議論というのは本格的に始まっていると思いますが、そうはいいましても各国地域の規制の多様性というのが非常に出てきていると思います。それを許すような話になっているかなと思いますが、例えばイギリスの自己資本規制とか流動性の規制が強化されたりとか、アメリカでもFRB（連邦準備制度理事会）の下に大手金融機関の監督が一元化されて、その後に自己資本比率規制も見直すというお話になっていますが、それぞれ各国の独自の規制に動いている一方で、国際的な影響というか、そういうのもなかなか議論されないでいるのではないかなと思いますが、例えば非常に言葉は悪いですが、「金融保護主義的な動きが出ている」という人もいますが、こういう現状についてどのようなご見解をお持ちか伺えればと思います。 - 金融庁 - Meanwhile, injecting capital into financial institutions in order to force them to move into high-risk fields would lead to excessive risk-taking. Although they should make financial judgments on a case-by-case basis, regional financial institutions in particular should maintain close relationships with their regions and avoid focusing only on numerical factors.
