GSDMDの発現または機能を抑制する物質、具体的には、GSDMDをコードする遺伝子の転写産物に対するアンチセンス核酸、リボザイム核酸もしくはRNAi活性を有する核酸、又はGSDMDと結合する抗体等を有効成分として含有する、抗腫瘍剤、詳しくは血管新生阻害剤；及び、GSDMDをコードする遺伝子もしくはGSDMDの発現量を低下させる化合物を選択することを特徴とする、血管新生阻害剤のスクリーニング方法。 - 特許庁
