Moreover, in the situation that multinational clinical trials by which international development of pharmaceutical products is simultaneously conducted in plural countries become mainstream, with the background of clinical trial environment with relatively high cost, it is pointed out that Japan alone misses out on the wave among the countries developing new drugs. This can also be said that the pharmaceutical market in Japan itself become to loose the international competitive power.
