特許の所有者は，次の目的で特許に変更を施すことを局に請求する権利を有する。 (a)当該特許により与えられている保護の範囲を限定すること (b)明白な錯誤を訂正し又は事務的な誤りを訂正すること，及び (c)(b)にいう錯誤又は誤りのほか，善意でした錯誤又は誤りを訂正すること。ただし，その変更によって当該特許による保護の範囲を拡張することになる場合は，その変更は，特許の付与から2年が経過した後は請求することができず，また，その変更は，公告当時の内容による特許に依拠していた第三者の権利に影響しないものとする。 - 特許庁 - Article 272-41 A Cabinet Order shall prescribe special provisions and technical changes in interpretation in applying this Act to a foreign national or foreign juridical person that holds a number of votes equaling or exceeding the Major Shareholder Threshold in a Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Provider or a Holding Company incorporated in accordance with the laws and regulations of a foreign state with subsidiary companies including a Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Provider (hereinafter referred to as "Major Shareholder of Foreign Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Provider, etc." in this Article), as well as any other matter necessary for applying the provisions of this Act to a Major Shareholder of Foreign Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Provider, etc.
第二百七十二条の四十一 少額短期保険業者の主要株主基準値以上の数の議決権の保有者であって外国人若しくは外国法人であるもの又は少額短期保険業者を子会社とする持株会社であって外国の法令に準拠して設立されたもの（以下この条において「外国少額短期保険主要株主等」という。）に対しこの法律を適用する場合における特例及び技術的読替えその他外国少額短期保険主要株主等に対するこの法律の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (3) A person who has made a notification in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall, when there are any changes to the matters notified or when he/she has stopped using an electronic data processing system (which means an electronic data processing system connecting the special-purpose computer and the specified input-output device through a telecommunication line; the same shall apply in the following paragraph), enter the matters to be specified in a written applicant notification following the form prescribed in Appended Form 6-3 through the specified input-output device and record them into a file stored on the special-purpose computer, or indicate to that effect in a written applicant notification following said form and notify the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry promptly.

５ 届出者が一般労働者派遣事業を行つている場合において、当該届出者が一般労働者派遣事業を行つている他の事業所の派遣元責任者を当該届出に係る事業所の派遣元責任者として引き続き選任するときは、法人にあつては第二項第一号ホに掲げる書類のうち履歴書（選任する派遣元責任者の住所に変更がないときは、住民票の写し及び履歴書。以下この項において同じ。）を、個人にあつては同項第二号ハの書類のうち履歴書を添付することを要しない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - In this analysis we showed the following: (1) a recent trend in entries and exits is for the rise of the entry rate to have reduced the gap between entry and exit rates, with changes in industries such as the information and communications industry, medicine, and welfare being especially pronounced; (2) when prefectures are examined separately there are prefectures that have active entries and prefectures that do not, and there is some kind of correlation between entry and exit rate levels and trends in local population and bankruptcies; and (3) even within the same prefecture, there is a significant discrepancy in entry and exit rates depending on whether the location is the prefectural capital or not.
その中で、①最近の開業・廃業の動向として、開業率が上昇したことにより、開業率と廃業率の差が縮まっており、特に、情報通信業や医療，福祉といった業種での動きが活発であること、②都道府県別に見た場合、開業が活発な県とそうでない県が存在しており、開業率・廃業率の水準は地域の人口動向や倒産動向等と何らかの相関関係を有すること、さらに、③同一県内であっても、県庁所在市か否かで、開業率・廃業率に大きな差が生じていること等を示した。 - 経済産業省 - Article 9-3 (1) In the case of a resident of less than one year who has come to be permitted to reside in Japan for one year or more counting from commencement of the initial period of stay as a result of an extension of the period of stay or a change in the status of residence, the alien shall apply to the mayor or the head of the city, town or village where he/she resides for registration of the changes in item (xiii) or (xiv), Article 4, paragraph (1), and registration of those matters specified in items (xviii) and (xix) of the same paragraph by submitting a written application for registration of the change and documents proving the change, within 14 days of the day of the change in the status of residence or the extension of the period of stay taking place.
