- It should be noted that the validity of measures to ensure the appropriateness of the business operations of agency/brokerage service providers need to be examined from a comprehensive perspective, in light of the nature and size of their business and their status of concurrent engagement in different types of business, and that failure to meet some of the criteria included in the supervisory evaluation points should not automatically be deemed to mean that their business operations are inappropriate.
