When the inventor opposes the disclosure of his identity, he must have the patent applicant or his representative as an intermediary, and before the date on which the file of the patent application is made available to the public, send to the Service a demonstration of will, expressed and written to that effect. This document of non-mention, dated and signed by the inventor, must be accompanied with the following documents: (a) the corresponding designation of the inventor, dated and signed by the owner of the patent application or by his representative, except when this designation is already in the possession of the Service, or, if need be, the judicial decision concerning the designation; (b) the proof of payment of the regularization fee, except when the document of non-mention and the corresponding designation are attached to the original documents filed with the patent application.
(7) 発明者が自己の身元の開示に反対の場合は，その者は，特許出願人又はその者の代理人を仲介者として，特許出願のファイルが公衆の閲覧に供せられる前に，その旨記述した意思表示書を庁宛に送達しなければならない。この不記載を求める書類には，日付入りで発明者によって署名の上，次の書類を添付しなければならない。 (a) 庁がこの指定書を既に所持している場合を除いて，日付入りで特許出願人又はその者の代理人によって署名された，発明者に対応する指定書，又は該当する場合は指定に関する判決書 (b) 不記載を求める書類及び対応する指定書が特許出願と共に提出された原書類に添付されている場合を除いて，補正手数料の納付証 - 特許庁 - (1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by order published in the Gazette declare any documents or class of documents of a foreign state to be admissible as evidence in any proceedings before a Court if . (a) the document is sealed with the seal of the authorised officer or the government of the foreign state and the seal pertains to the trade marks registered in or otherwise recognised by the foreign country or if there is no such seal there is enclosed a certificate signed by the authorised officer to the effect that the document is evidence of the matter contained therein; and (b) the foreign state or part thereof has entered into reciprocal arrangements with the Government of Malaysia in respect of the admissibility of the documents.
(1) 次の場合は，国王は，裁判所に係属している手続において，特定の外国書類又は特定種類の外国書類を証拠として受け入れ得る旨を官報に公布する命令をもって宣言することができる。 (a) 当該書類に外国の権限ある公務員若しくは政府の公印が押捺されており，かつ，その印が当該外国で登録され若しくはその他承認された商標に関係するものであるか，又は当該書類にそのような公印は押捺されていないが，当該書類はそこに含まれる事項の証拠である旨記載された権限ある公務員の署名入りの証明書が添付されており，かつ (b) 当該外国又はその一部が当該書類の受け入れ可能性に関してマレーシア政府と相互主義に基づく取決めを締結している場合 - 特許庁 - (3) Where a mistake exists in the register of patents, in any patent or application for patent or any document filed in pursuance of such an application, or in proceedings in connection with any patent, by reason of an error or an omission on the part of the patentee or of the applicant for the patent or of any other person concerned, a correction may be made in accordance with the provisions of this section upon a request in writing by any person interested and payment of the prescribed fee. If it appears to the Commissioner that the correction would materially alter the meaning or scope of the document to which the request relates and ought not to be made without notice to persons likely to be affected thereby, he shall require notice of the nature of the proposed correction to be advertised in the prescribed manner.
(3) 特許登録簿，特許証，又は特許出願若しくは特許出願手続において提出され若しくは特許に関連する手続中に提出された書類において，特許権者，特許出願人又はその他の関係人の側の錯誤又は怠慢により誤記が存在するときは，利害関係人から書面による請求がされ，かつ，所定の手数料が納付されたときは，本条の規定に従って訂正をすることができる。訂正がその請求に係る書類の意味又は範囲を実質的に変更することになる筈であり，これにより影響を受ける虞のある者に通知することなしにはその訂正をするべきでないと局長が認めるときは，局長は，訂正案件の性質について所定の方法で公告するよう命じなければならない。 - 特許庁 - (4) In the case of an international application for a patent (Singapore) -- (a) rule 8(1) shall not apply if the applicant, on filing the application, states in writing to the receiving Office that the invention has been displayed at an international exhibition; (b) rule 8(2), (3) and (4) may be complied with at any time before the end of 2 months from the time limit for entering the national phase; (c) Deleted by S 366/2004, wef 01/07/2004. (d) where an English translation of a document or part of a document is required by the Act or these Rules to be filed before or at the time limit for entering the national phase, verification of the translation, as required under rule 112 and permitted by rule 51bis 1(d) of the Regulations under the Patent Co-operation Treaty, may be given to the Registrar at any time before the end of 2 months from that time limit.
(4) 国際特許出願(シンガポール)の場合において， (a) 規則8(1)は，出願人が出願に際して受理官庁に対し，当該発明を国際博覧会に展示したことを書面で報告したときは，適用されない。 (b) 規則8(2)，(3)及び(4)については，国内段階への移行に係る期限から2月が経過する前はいつでも，これを履行することができる。 (c) S 366/2004(2004年7月1日発効)により削除 (d) 法又は本規則により，ある書類又はある書類の一部の英語翻訳文を国内段階への移行に係る期限以前に提出することが要求される場合は，規則112に基づいて要求され，かつ，特許協力条約に基づく規則の第51規則の2.1(d)により認められる当該翻訳文の認証は，当該移行期限から2月が経過する前はいつでも，登録官に提出することができる。 - 特許庁 - (e) where the application is an international application for a patent (Singapore) that has entered the national phase in Singapore under section (3) -- (i) file -- (A) a copy of the international search report issued in respect of the application; (B) where the international search report is not in English, an English translation of the international search report; (C) a copy of each prescribed document and, where required by the rules, an English translation of the document if it is not in English; and (D) a request in the prescribed form for an examination report, and pay the prescribed fee for an examination report; or (ii) file a notice in the prescribed form of the applicant's intention to rely on the international preliminary report on patentability in respect of that application.
(e)当該出願が第86条(3)に基づいてシンガポールにおいて国内段階に移行した国際特許出願(シンガポール)である場合は，(i)(A)当該出願に関して作成された国際調査報告の写し，(B)国際調査報告が英語によるものでないときは，当該国際調査報告の英語翻訳文，(C)所定の各書類の写し，及び当該書類が英語によらないものであって規則が要求するときは，当該書類の英語翻訳文，並びに(D)審査報告を求める所定の様式での請求書，を提出するとともに，審査報告についての所定の手数料を納付すること，又は(ii)所定の様式により，当該出願に関する特許性については国際予備報告に依拠することを出願人の意思とする旨の通知を提出すること - 特許庁 - (4) An applicant for competence certification in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1) shall submit to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism the abstract of his/her family register or a certificate of entry in the family register or a copy of the resident register which states his/her permanent domicile (or in the case of a foreigner, a certificate from a consul of his/her country which certifies his/her nationality, full name, date of birth and sex (in the case of a person who is unable to submit a certificate from a consul from his/her country, a document which certifies those matters which was issued by a competent authority), also applicable hereafter) and a document which proves his/her flight and other aeronautical experience as listed in Appended Table 2, within two years of the date of notification pursuant to Article 47 of paper examination passes pertaining to the said application (or in the case of an applicant for exemption from all paper examination subjects, within two years of the date of submission of written application for competence certification).
４ 第一項の規定により技能証明を申請する者は、当該申請に係る学科試験の合格について第四十七条の通知があつた日（学科試験全科目免除申請者にあつては、技能証明申請書提出の日）から二年以内に戸籍抄本若しくは戸籍記載事項証明書又は本籍の記載のある住民票の写し（外国人にあつては、国籍、氏名、出生の年月日及び性別を証する本国領事官の証明書（本国領事官の証明書を提出できない者にあつては、権限ある機関が発行するこれらの事項を証明する書類）。以下同じ。）及び別表第二に掲げる飛行経歴その他の経歴を有することを証明する書類を国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (4) In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the head of the business office, etc. of the specified book-entry transfer institution, etc. who has submitted a document on special measures for book-entry transfer national government bonds pursuant to the provisions of the said paragraph shall, without delay after the date of the submission, give a notice of the submission of the document on special measures for book-entry transfer national government bonds to the nonresident or foreign corporation that shall be deemed to have submitted a written application for tax exemption of book-entry transfer national government bonds pursuant to the provisions of the said paragraph (in the case where a confirmation concerning book-entry transfer local government bonds or a confirmation concerning short-term national government bonds, etc. with regard to the said nonresident or foreign corporation is provided by the head of a specified overseas business office, etc. of a qualified foreign intermediary, a notice shall be given to the said nonresident or foreign corporation via the head of the said specified overseas business office, etc.).
４ 前項の場合において、同項の規定により振替国債特例書類の提出をした特定振替機関等の営業所等の長は、当該提出をした日以後遅滞なく、当該振替国債特例書類の提出をした旨を同項の規定により振替国債非課税適用申告書を提出したものとみなされる非居住者又は外国法人（当該非居住者又は外国法人に係る振替地方債に係る確認又は短期国債等に係る確認を適格外国仲介業者の特定国外営業所等の長が行う場合にあつては、当該特定国外営業所等の長を経由して当該非居住者又は外国法人）に対し通知をしなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (6) In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the head of the business office, etc. of the specified book-entry transfer institution, etc. who has submitted a document on special measures for book-entry transfer local government bonds pursuant to the provisions of the said paragraph shall, without delay after the date of the submission, give a notice of the submission of the document on special measures for book-entry transfer local government bonds, to the nonresident or foreign corporation that shall be deemed to have submitted a written application for tax exemption of book-entry transfer local government bonds pursuant to the provisions of the said paragraph (in the case where a confirmation concerning other book-entry transfer local government bonds, a confirmation concerning interest-bearing book-entry transfer national government bonds or a confirmation concerning short-term national government bonds, etc. with regard to the said nonresident or foreign corporation is provided by the head of a specified overseas business office, etc. of a qualified foreign intermediary, the notice shall be given to the said nonresident or foreign corporation via the head of the said specified overseas business office, etc.).

三 会社法第八百二条第二項において準用する同法第七百九十九条第二項（第三号を除く。）の規定による公告及び催告（同法第八百二条第二項において準用する同法第七百九十九条第三項の規定により公告を官報のほか時事に関する事項を掲載する日刊新聞紙又は電子公告によつてした場合にあつては、これらの方法による公告）をしたこと並びに異議を述べた債権者があるときは、当該債権者に対し弁済し若しくは相当の担保を提供し若しくは当該債権者に弁済を受けさせることを目的として相当の財産を信託したこと又は当該株式交換をしても当該債権者を害するおそれがないことを証する書面 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (3) The person prescribed by paragraph (1) shall, in the case that the registered training institution from which the certificate issued has discontinued the training service (including the case the said registration has been cancelled become invalid) and prescribed in the proviso of paragraph (1) of Article 24 of the Ordinance on Registered Inspection Agency, etc. (Ordinance of the Ministry of Labour No. 44 of 1972), and when having lost or damaged the said certificate or changed the permanent address or the name, shall submit an application document for the reissuance of the skill training course completion certificate (Form No. 18) to the institution designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in the proviso of the same paragraph, and thereby acquire a document that certifies completion of the relevant skill training course.
３ 第一項に規定する者は、技能講習修了証の交付を受けた登録教習機関が当該技能講習の業務を廃止した場合（当該登録を取り消された場合及び当該登録がその効力を失つた場合を含む。）及び登録製造時等検査機関等に関する規則（昭和四十七年労働省令第四十四号）第二十四条第一項ただし書に規定する場合に、これを滅失し、若しくは損傷したとき又は本籍若しくは氏名を変更したときは、技能講習修了証明書交付申込書（様式第十八号）を同項ただし書に規定する厚生労働大臣が指定する機関に提出し、当該技能講習を修了したことを証する書面の交付を受けなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
