- Article 28 Living modified organisms shall not be exported unless the format of use of said living modified organisms and other matters stipulated in the ordinance of the competent ministries are indicated on said living modified organisms or their packaging, container or consignment invoice, as stipulated in the ordinance of the competent ministries. In such cases, the provisions of the proviso to the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to export under the provisions of this Article.
