- The ceramic substrate for the semiconductor fabrication/ inspection equipment comprises a ceramic substrate 1 having conductors 2, 3 and 5 formed therein, and a ceramic layer including the conductors and neighbors thereof, and a ceramic layer lower than the conductor that shows the property of an intragrain fracture when they are fractured, and other ceramic layers those show property of inter grain fracture when they are fractured.
