  • (vi) "Employment Placement Dispatching" means a type of Worker Dispatching in which employment placement is carried out or is prepared to be carried out by a person who has received license under paragraph (1) of Article 5, (hereinafter referred to as a "business operator of a general dispatching undertaking") or a person who has submitted a written notice pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 16 (hereinafter referred to as a "business operator of a specified dispatching undertaking"), either before or after the commencement of the provision of Worker Dispatching services, with regard to the Dispatched Worker(s) pertaining to said Worker Dispatching and the person(s) receiving the provision of Worker Dispatching services pertaining to said Dispatched Worker(s) (hereinafter referred to as the "client(s)" in this item), after having received license or submitted a written notice pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Security Act and other Acts, and shall include dispatching through said job introduction where the employment of said Dispatched Worker(s) by said client(s) is agreed upon between said Dispatched Worker(s) and said client(s) prior to the conclusion of the provision of said Worker Dispatching services.

  • (4) The charged employment placement business provider shall, when it collects the fees based on the schedule of fees as provided by Article 32-3, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Act, and such fees are to be appropriated to the second class insurance premiums for special enrollment provided by Article 10, paragraph 2, item 3 of the Act concerning Collection, etc. of Labour Insurance Premiums (Act No. 84 of 1969) for those who have obtained a job through the employment placement conducted by such business provider and engage in the services provided by Article 46-18, item 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance Act (Ordinance of the Ministry of Labour No. 22 of 1955), provide in such schedule of fees that the fees for the appropriation to the second class insurance premiums for special enrollment are to be collected and the amount of such fees.   • 3. We reaffirm our commitment to coordinated policy action by all G20 members to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth. Our main priority actions include implementing medium term fiscal consolidation plans differentiated according to national circumstances in line with our Toronto commitment, pursuing appropriate monetary policy, enhancing exchange rate flexibility to better reflect underlying economic fundamentals and structural reforms, to sustain global demand, increase potential growth, foster job creation and contribute to global rebalancing. We discussed progress made since the Seoul Summit and stressed the need to reduce excessive imbalances and maintain current account imbalances at sustainable levels by strengthening multilateral cooperation. We agreed on a set of indicators that will allow us to focus, through an integrated two-step process, on those persistently large imbalances which require policy actions. To complete the work required for the first step, our aim is to agree, by our next meeting in April, on indicative guidelines against which each of these indicators will be assessed, recognizing the need to take into account national or regional circumstances, including large commodity producers. While not targets, these indicative guidelines will be used to assess the following indicators: (i) public debt and fiscal deficits; and private savings rate and private debt (ii) and the external imbalance composed of the trade balance and net investment income flows and transfers, taking due consideration of exchange rate, fiscal, monetary and other policies. We also adopted a timetable for developing the 2011 action plan that will implement our Framework for Strong, Sustainable and Balanced Growth and monitor the commitments already made. As agreed in Seoul, we call on the IMF to provide an assessment as part of the Mutual Assessment Process on progress towards external sustainability and consistency of policies at our October meeting. At that time, we will also review a report on the MAP including an action plan informed by the analysis on the root causes of persistently large imbalances based on the agreed guidelines. We will also review an assessment of progress made in meeting commitments made in Seoul.
