The existing article is determined as a measured object (a three-dimensional model), and after the data acquired by shape measurement is subjected to orthogonalfunction conversion to make a frequency analysis, sensitivity influence factors are quantitatively evaluated based on the frequency analysis to evaluate the fluctuating components by a spectral analysis to thereby attain the general-purpose application of sensitivity shape with the 1/f fluctuating components in manufacturing the new article. 既存物品を被測定物(3次元モデル)と定め、その形状測定を行って得たデータを直交関数変換して周波数解析を行った後、該周波数解析に基づいて感性影響因子の定量的な評価を行い、スペクトル解析によりゆらぎ成分を評価することで、新規物品を製造する際に1/fゆらぎ成分を伴う感性形状を汎用的に付与できるようにする。 - 特許庁
