本発明は、濡れ性変化層上に親液性のパターンを形成する際の露光後の後処理を不要とし、かつこのパターンが精度良く形成されたものであり、また光導波路自体に光触媒を含まない構成であることから、劣化の心配がない光導波路を提供することを主目的とするものである。 - 特許庁
