半導体ウェハをエッチングすることによって半導体ウェハを製造する際に、エッチング媒体を流動方向に沿って層流で半導体ウェハの縁部方向に向かって流す半導体ウェハの製造方法において、半導体ウェハの縁部の前に保護シールドを配置することで、エッチング媒体が保護シールドに対して流れ、半導体ウェハの縁部に対しては流れないようにすることを特徴とする半導体ウェハの製造方法 - 特許庁
