- Persons wishing to be represented in proceedings before the National Institute of Industrial Property may only be represented, for acts where such is necessitated by the technical nature of the subject matter, by industrial property attorneys whose specialisation, determined in accordance with the final paragraph of Article L422-1, corresponds to such act.
