The method of manufacturing a master mold for nanoimprint comprises forming a pattern on a resist-applied silicon substrate by electron beam drawing to prepare a silicon master, separating a master mold having a rugged pattern reverse to a resist pattern of the silicon master formed by electroforming, from the silicon master, and then eliminating resist residue on the surface of the master mold by irradiation of plasma containing atomic hydrogen.
To provide a simultaneously molding and decorating sheet used when a decorative molded product having fine uneven patterns on its surface is manufactured and capable of certainly forming desired unevenness without deforming or eliminating unevenness when the decorative sheet itself is manufactured or even in case that heat or pressure is received when the decorative molded product is manufactured using the decorative sheet or a case that fine uneven patterns are formed to a product having a deep drawing shape.

The originally attached description, etc. mentions the angle β is about 130 degrees, but the angle β should be about 110 degrees to make the angle of the ejected beam about 40 degrees (γ) in respect to a paper surface based on the calculation and considering the ejected beam in the drawing. In addition, when the angle β is about 130 degrees, the angle of the ejected beam would be about 80 degrees, which would make it difficult for users using an abacus to read the figures. Consequently, the originally attached description, etc. clearly tells that the expression "the angle β (is) about 130 degrees" is a misdescription and that the angle β should be "about 110 degrees."
