Therefore, this act naturally calls on the managers of financial institutions to build up capital based on their own judgment. We enacted the Act on Special Measures for Strengthening Financial Functions, which contains provisions for disaster-related special measures, with the support of all political parties and groups, and also drew up the Guidelines of Workout for Restructuring Debt Owed by Individual Debtors.
