Czech declension describes the declension, or system of grammatically-determined modifications, in nouns, adjectives, pronouns and numerals in the Czech language. There is a system of 7 cases (nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, vocative, locative and instrumental) in Czech. This essentially means that a word can have 14 possible forms in singular and plural, however no word has the maximum number of forms. Some forms are the same in more than one place in each paradigm.
